CLAIM AND WIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Giveaway Promotion starts on June 1st, 2024. To be eligible to participate and win, participants must meet the following criteria:

Social Media Engagement: Participants must follow all our official accounts on social media platforms.

Account Requirements: Participants must have an active shipping account with Islandwide Express. Your profile MUST be filled out completely.

Referral Activity: A minimum of three people must be referred within the last 30 days from the start of the competition. Referrals are only considered valid if made through the participant’s unique referral link from May 1st, 2024 onwards. Referrals made before this date will not be counted. All those you refer must have completed their shipping profile.

Announcements: The item to be won will be posted at Noon everyday, starting June 1st, 2024. The winner for each item will be posted daily on our WhatsApp status between 4pm and 6pm.

Requirements for Winning: Winners must leave a 5-Star review on our Facebook and Google pages. Winners must post a photo on their WhatsApp status showing their winnings, with the caption: “Look what I just won from my Shipping company, www.islandshipper.com”. Additionally, a separate video of at least 30 seconds showing the items won must be submitted to us via WhatsApp for verification. If you claim and win a prize, and do not leave the reviews immediately we send you the links, you will forfeit the prize and will be disqualified from participating in the giveaway.

Previous Winnings: Participants who have won previously and have not submitted a video of their winnings are ineligible for further participation until they provide a video per the requirements above.

Multiple Wins: Participants can win an unlimited number of times. However, after the first win, the participant must refer an additional person to qualify for subsequent giveaways.

Delivery of Winnings: Winners must provide a local delivery address to deliver the winnings. If delivery attempts fail twice, the prize will be forfeited and allocated to another winner.

Eligibility Verification: Attempts to claim a prize without meeting eligibility criteria will result in disqualification and the prize will be passed to the next qualified entry. If an item is not claimed by an eligible winner, it will be reposted at the end of the giveaway campaign.

Rights to Promotional Content:

All participants agree that their images, videos, and any promotional content related to the giveaway may be used by Alpha Import Group Limited on all social media platforms. The content captured during the prize presentations is the sole property of Alpha Import Group Limited and may be utilized for any purpose deemed appropriate by the company.

This Promotion is voided where prohibited.

There will be no rain check on this Giveaway Promotion, it will come to an end on the indicated date and will not be extended. We reserve the rights to terminate the Giveaway Promotion at any time without prior notice. If for any reason, it is found that this Giveaway Promotion has been abused or violated by any user, the defaulting user will no longer be eligible for any of our Promotions and the account may be deactivated.
