Platinum Day

PLATINUM DAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As a Platinum Member, you are eligible to either ship all your packages for free or get a 30% shipping fee discount on April 16th, 2025. This promotion is only valid for existing Platinum Members or customers who become Platinum Members on or before February 14th, 2025. 

To qualify for free shipping, you can only ship packages equivalent in size to the largest package you have ever shipped with us in the last 365 Days. If you ship any package heavier than the largest package you have shipped with us, you will receive a 30% shipping fee discount ONLY. The largest package that qualifies you must be delivered to you before Platinum Day. This campaign is limited to a total weight of 50lbs per shipping alert per Platinum Member.  

To qualify for this campaign, you have to become a Platinum Member on or before February 14th, 2025. Only packages that are delivered to our warehouse from 8am on April 14th to 7pm on April 15th, 2025 and have their shipping alerts created will qualify for this campaign. In-Store Pickups and Flat Rate Food Boxes are NOT eligible for Platinum Day. If any of your packages, either single or combined items arrive before 8am EDT on April 14th, 2025 or after 7pm EDT on April 15th, 2025, you will not be eligible for Free Shipping. Ensure that you shop early to make use of the campaign. 

If any part of your package, single or combined arrives in our location before 8am on April 14th, and it is not shipped to Jamaica that day because you did not create a shipping alert for it, that package will not be eligible for Platinum Day, and all your packages will be disqualified from Platinum Day.

Please note that this campaign is only for FREE SHIPPING or 30% OFF SHIPPING FEE, and you will be responsible for all other costs incurred by your packages. The campaign will not apply to you if the package size of your shipping alert exceeds 50lbs. 

Suppose, for any reason, it is found that this program has been abused or violated by any user. In that case, we will hold all existing packages and demand compensation equaling the total amount that the defaulting user has accumulated. Please do not have any individual, friends, and family create multiple accounts to take advantage of this campaign. We will verify all records. 

This Promotion ONLY covers the Shipping Cost or a percentage of the Shipping Cost to Jamaica. You will be responsible for all the other costs incurred by your package where applicable, including Logistics Charge, Tariff Charge, and Delivery Charge. We reserve the rights to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. If for any reason, it is found that this promotion has been abused or violated by any user, the defaulting user will no longer be eligible for any of our Promotions and the account may be deactivated.
